Age 69 of Elmira, NY. He was born April 8, 1952 in Corning, NY, son of the late Harold and Angeline (Brown) Moore and passed away Monday, May 3, 2021 at Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, PA after an extended illness. Rick was a Programmer/Analyst employed throughout his career with Steuben County, Corning, Inc., Corning Data Services and Seneca Software. He is survived by many friends. It was Rick's request that there be no services.
