Rick, I hope somehow you are reading this, or hearing me dictate it. Please know that I have thought about you many, many times over the years. As a good a man that you were, you we're also an odd duck. But I mean that in the kindest and most comical way. You were very bright, but silly in some thoughts. You could be extremely giving on one hand, and as tight as a drum about the slightest of things. I always thought of you as not just a man who rented an apartment from me, but a person who turned into a friend overtime. I did not know you in your younger days. I only knew you after you had gone through many obstacles. Perhaps that is why your personalit(ies) and I do mean plural were so hot and cold, give and take, on or off, anybody who knew you in your later years would know what I'm talking about. I hope you're playing baseball up there and seeing your mother and all those that you loved that have gone before you. God bless!
