PACIOREK, Kristina M. Age 22 of Elmira, NY. She was born May 7, 1997 in Elmira the daughter of John Paciorek and the late Christine Mason and passed away Monday, July 22, 2019 very unexpectedly. She was predeceased by her mother Christine in 2006. She is survived by her daughter Izzabella Jade Smith of Elmira; father John of Elmira brother Brandon (Jennifer) Mason with their children Julianna and Blake of Horseheads; sister Samantha Giroir of LA; grandmother Edna Shook of Elmira; uncle Randy Paciorek of Cobleskill, NY; aunt Lori Hansen of Boston, MA and cousins Zachary and Rachel of Chicago, IL. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Monday, July 29th from 2 to 4 pm.
