Obituary of Charles A. Bixby

Bixby, Charles Allen Age 58 of Beaver Dams, NY. He was born February 2, 1961 in Johnson City, NY, the son of Edward E Bixby and Hazel Smith and lost his battle with heart disease Friday, March 1, 2019 at the Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, PA. He is survived by his wife Billie Jo Bixby and children Sulei Smith (married to Alexander Smith) Mathew Bixby (life partner Megan Collins) Benjamin Bixby (married to Veronica Bixby) Ryan Bixby (married to Josephine Bixby) siblings Raymond Bixby (married to Bonnie Bixby) Joyce Walker, Ronald Bixby, and Todd Bixby; grandchildren Christopher, Kendrick, Jameson, Annabella, Carter, Wyatt, Keith and Madalyn. "Chuck" was an avid NASCAR fan and loved Dale Earnhardt Sr. He enjoyed working on race cars and going to local racetracks. He spent many years as a black topper and on a rigging crew. Chuck adored his grandchildren and spending time with them. It was the highlight of his day.
