Obituary of Peter A. Frank

Frank, Peter A. Age 57 of Elmira, NY. He was born April 20, 1961 in Elmira, the son of Robert D. and Joyce (Swanson) Dewey and passed away Sunday, December 30, 2018. He was predeceased by his mother Joyce Perez and sister Chrissy Frank. Peter is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Andrea (Johnson); daughter and son-in-law Alaura and Ryan Hannan with their children Madelinn and Elliott all of Elmira; father Robert Dewey of FL; sister Abby (Abel) Frank of Sebring, FL; brother Rodger (Gail) Frank of Bartow, FL; aunt Elsie Thomas of Elmira; father-in-law and mother-in-law Richard and Theo Johnson of Elmira; brother-in-law Michael Johnson of FL; sisters-in-law Michele (Dan) Nelson, Toni (Mike) Clark all of Elmira; several nieces, nephews, cousin and friends, including special lifelong friend Tim Horton of Elmira. Peter was along time, dedicated Elmira hockey fan. He was known as the "Flagman", entertaining the arena patrons with his face paint and antics, for which he will be remembered. He loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting and camping. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Saturday, January 5th from 2 to 5 pm. His memorial service will follow at 5 pm.
