Obituary of Earl A. Delles

DELLES, Earl A. Age 60 of Erin, NY. He was born August 4, 1952 in Rochester, NY, son of the late Earl and Ruby (Cleversey) Delles and passed away Thursday, February 21, 2013 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother David and is survived by his wife of 34 years, Candace; daughter and son-in-law Amy and Ed Woodard; son Earl Delles III; grandson Edward Woodard III all of Elmira; special brother and sister-in-law Doug and Lorraine Delles of Buffalo; sisters Doreen Spears of Waverly, Paddy Seymour of Pine City; sister and brother-in-law Debbie and William VanRiper of Lowman; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Ernest and Linda Turner of Elmira Heights, David and Rose Turner of Pine Valley along with several nieces and nephews. Earl was employed with Anchor Glass for 40 years. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Saturday, March 2nd from 10 to 11 am. His memorial service will follow at 11 am. Rev. Dr. William Lutz will officiate. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may remember Earl through donations to the Falck Cancer Center.
