STIRRUP, John D.

Age 67 of Horseheads, NY. He was born October 27, 1950 in Corning, NY, son of the late John and Ruth (Dewitt) Stirrup and passed away Thursday, July 12, 2018 unexpectedly at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son John Stirrup in 2011 and is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Belinda (Crouthamel) Stirrup; sons and daughters-in-law Russell and Jennifer Stirrup of Salisbury, NC and Thomas and Alyssa Stirrup of Pine City; grandchildren Zack, Cassie, Olivia and Eli Stirrup and one on the way, and one great grandchild on the way. John was employed with Toshiba Display Devices for many years. He was an avid NASCAR (Dale, Sr.)  and Elvis fan. Most importantly, he was a devoted family man. Nothing was more important to him than his family. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
