KELSEY, Kathleen S.
Age 61 of Elmira, NY. She was born April 8, 1955 in Corning, the daughter of Lyle and Betty (Markell) Ross Jr. and passed away Friday, March 24, 2017 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Joseph E. Kelsey; children and their spouses Judy and Dale Stout, Scott and Lisa Kelsey all of Elmira, Kellie and Derek Burrell of Addison; grandchildren Kiarra and Laura Burrell, Caleb and Hannah Kelsey; mother Betty Ross; sister Sylvia Parker; brothers Louie and Kenneth Ross all of Elmira. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
