Obituary of Roxanne Lilley

LILLEY, Roxanne age 66 of Elmira, NY. She was born February 17, 1950 in Elmira, daughter of the late Leonard and Vita (Rullo) Lilley and passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at St. Joseph's Hospital. She is survived by her siblings Robert (Sandra) Lilley, Raymond Lilley and Janelle (Norman) Wisner along with several nieces and nephews. Rozanne was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Parish. She was employed with the Elmira Correctional Facility. Family and friends are invited to her Memorial Mass on Monday, January 9th at 10 am in Ss. Peter & Paul Church. Rev. Richard Farrell, Celebrant.
