Obituary of Essie M. Wilson

WILSON, Essie M. Age 89 of Pine City, NY. She as born April 29, 1926 in Lake City, SC, daughter of the late Samuel and Lizzie (Brown) Singletary and passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at St. Joseph's Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband Samuel D. Wilson in 1988 and sons Blease Wilson in 1976 and Woodrow Wilson in 2015. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Darlane and Marvin Jackson of Pine City; grandchildren James (Telana) Watson and Charles Watson of Elmira; great grandchildren Samuel, Malachi and Nasya Watson; sister Minnie Brown of Lake City, SC; a host of nieces and nephews; caregiver and dear friends Felicia Maxwell. Mrs. Wilson retired from the Chemung County Nursing Facility. It was her wishes that there be no services. She will be interred in Woodlawn Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
