Obituary of June M. Hart

HART, June M. Age 87 of Elmira, NY. She was born December 27, 1927 in Syracuse, NY, daughter of the late John and Daisy Millis and passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2015. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 52 years, Edwin Hart, along with 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. June is survived by her four daughters: Sandra McCauliffe, Elaine (Les) Hostrander, Donna (Gilbert) Kennedy, Ann (Tim) Tillotson, two sons: John (Kay) Hart, Wayne (Joanne) Hart, sister: Rosemary A. Carruthers, brother: Ronald Millis, sisters-in-law: Marlene M. and Helen C., 21 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, special friends: Joan and Henry Dausman, along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins. June was a loving wife, mother, grand & great-grandmother; she loved and enjoyed each and every one of them in special ways. The trips she took with her husband and being together with him were one of her great joys in life. Her two sons and four daughters were always so loved by their mother. "June will be in everyone's hearts, forever and ever" Family and friends are invited to Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave. on Saturday, August 22nd, from 1 to 3 pm and from 5 to 7 pm. Funeral service will follow at 7 pm. Private interment will be held at the discretion of the family.
