Uncle Frank was a joy to be around, and always had a kind heart. He will be missed by many. We're so glad that we got to see him on our last visit to Syracuse last September, and see how he enjoyed the Jazz Fest that we all went to. Memory Eternal Uncle Frank.

My deepest sympathies Pat and all of Frank's family. I worked with Frank at ECF well let's say I started my career around the time he was ending his. He would always have a infectious smile on his Face. Frank was the guy that could put a smile on your face even when you were mad at the world. I thank God for the privilege of knowing Frank.
