Obituary of Billie J. Donovan

DONOVAN, Billie J. (Chadwick) Age 85 of Elmira, NY. She was born April 10, 1930 in Penn Yan, NY, daughter of the late Clifton and Edith (Anderson) Chadwick and passed away Saturday, May 2, 2015 at home. She was predeceased by her husband John (Jack) Donovan in 2004 and sisters Helene Taylor, Audrey Brown and Shirley Semski and is survived by her daughter Kim Barrett of Elmira; son and daughter-in-law Kevin & Beth Donovan of Schenectady, NY; grandchildren Jennifer Donovan, Ian Donovan and Kelli (Andy) Hollaway; brothers-in-law Bob Brown of Horseheads , Bob Semski of Elmira; sister-in-law Barbara Donovan of Horseheads along with several nieces and nephews. Billie retired from the Elmira City School District. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Tuesday, May 5th from 4 to 7 pm. Her funeral and committal services will follow at 7 pm. Interment will be in St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery, Wednesday, May 5, 2015 at 10am.
