Obituary of Barbara J. Shaw

SHAW, Barbara J. (Tarntino) Age 78 of Elmira, NY. She was born March 14, 1936 in Elmira, daughter of the late Nicholas and Sophie (Sipka) Tarntino and passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at Elcor Health Services. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Richard. Barbara is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends including Bonnie Hart, Maryanne and Mark Hitchcock and families. She was the receptionist at Woodbrook for many years. There will be no calling hours. Family and friends are invited to her Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, October 25th at 10 am in St. Patrick's Church. Committal prayers and interment will follow in St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery. Her family thanks the staff at Elcor for the wonderful care they provided Barbara during her stay there. Walter J.
