Obituary of Kenneth E. Pelton

PELTON, Kenneth E. Age 90 of Elmira, NY. He was born May 3, 1924 in Ralston, PA, son of the late William and Mary (Crandall) Pelton and passed away Monday, September 8, 2014 at home. He was predeceased by his wife Stella in 2004 and brothers Robert and Donald and is survived by his son Kim Pelton of FL; daughter Karen Hess of CA; granddaughter Cara Hess of CA along with several nieces and nephews. Ken was a communicant of St. Mary's Church; he retired from Conrail after 35 years and was a veteran of the U.S. Army during WWII. Family and friends are invited to his graveside service with military honors on Monday, September 15th at 9:30 am in St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery (Mt. Zoar entrance). Walter J. Kent Funeral Home is assisting the family.
