Obituary of Kandy J. Taylor

Taylor, Kandy J. Age 58 of Elmira, NY. She passed away peacefully on September 3rd, 2014 at home with her husband James by her side. Kandy was born November 30th, 1955, daughter of the late Karle E. Sr. and Jennie Plonka Wilson. She is survived by her loving husband of 24 years: James A. Taylor of Elmira, NY, her daughter: Crystal J. Parker of Oswego, NY, her son: Jared L. Taylor of CA, as well as 2 loving grandchildren. Kandy has been a member of W.O.T.M. since 1981 and earned the Academy of Friendship degree. She had a passion for flowers and plants. The family extends special thanks to CareFirst for all of their help; especially to Angie, who was Kandy's main caregiver. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home; 858 Lake Street, at Washington Ave., Elmira, NY, on Sunday September 7th from 2 to 4 pm. Kandy's funeral service will immediately follow. Interment will take place at Fitzsimmons Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
