Obituary of Joann Ruth Andrews

ANDREWS, Joann R. Age 70 of Elmira , NY. She was born December 5, 1943 in Elmira, daughter of the late Raymond and Jenny (Lewis) French and passed away Thursday, August 28, 2014 At Elcor Health Services. Joann was a graduate of Horseheads High School. She was employed with J.J. Newberry's in Elmira for many years and was an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Post 443, Elmira. Private services will be held at the convenience of her family. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may remember Joann through donations to CareFirst, 11751 E.
