Obituary of Elizabeth Stevenson

STEVENSON, "Betty" Elizabeth Age 82 of Horseheads, NY. She was born July 1, 1932 in Glasgow, Scotland and passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2014 in Elmira, NY. She was predeceased by her husband of 49 years, Iain in 2003 and is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Glen and Patricia Stevenson of Big Flats; daughter and fianc Sheila Stevenson and Jeff Biggs; granddaughters Devin and Danielle McPeck; great grandson Blaze Crosby all of Manton, MI; sisters Ina (James) Gadsbey and Jean Cullen. Betty enjoyed Bingo with her group in Grand Rapids, MI and was a member of the Kent County Friends of the Library in Grand Rapids. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Friday, August 1st from 5 to 7 pm.
