Obituary of Mildred "Millie" Skinkle

SKINKLE, Mildred "Millie" (Skinkle) Age 46 of Elmira, NY. She was born May 11, 1968 in Elmira, daughter of the late Ernest and Wanda (Bates) Skinkle and passed away Saturday, June 28, 2014 unexpectedly. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her grandchildren Kayden and Amari Skinkle and brother Howard Vaughan. She is survived by her twin daughters Samantha and Natosha Skinkle; grandchildren Jeremiah and Gabriella Skinkle and Emilee Nickles; sisters Cindy Burley and Dale Vaughan; brother Art Skinkle along with several nieces and nephews. Millie was employed with Able2. She was a very loving and caring person, both to her family and the residents she cared for at Able2. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Thursday, July 3rd from 12 to 1 pm. Her funeral service will begin at 1 pm. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may remember Millie through donations to a trust fund that will be established in the future for her grandchildren
