Obituary of Rhonda S. Satchell

SATCHELL, Rhonda Age 62 of Charleston, SC, formerly of Horseheads. She was born May 23, 1952 in Elmira, the daughter of Wayne and Beverly (Wheeler) White and passed away Friday, June 20, 2014 with her family by her side. She was predeceased by her mother Beverly in 2012 and is survived by her husband Jerome, who loved her dearly; daughter Taisha both of Charleston, SC; father Wayne White; sister Carolyn (Kenneth) Miles both of Myrtle Beach, SC; stepsons Darrol, Mike (Pascale) and Craig (Emma) Satchell all of England; grandchildren Shannon, Renee, Samuel, Sidonie, Courtney, Olivia, Grace and Ellena also all from England. She leaves behind several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and lifelong friends Cheryl Howard and Maria Nevarez. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Wednesday, June 25th from 4 to 7 pm. Her funeral service will be held there on Thursday, June 26th at 1 pm. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Alder Run Cemetery, Millerton, PA. In lieu of flowers, Rhonda had requested that her friends send flowers to one of their loved ones.
