Obituary of Donald R. Dannelley

DANNELLEY, Donald R., Jr. "Sonny" Age 74 of Elmira Heights, NY. He was born August 17, 1939 in Elmira and passed away Saturday, April 12, 2014 at Founders Pavillion, Corning. He was predeceased by his wife Mary B. Dannelley on March 4, 2014 and his father Donald, Sr. and is survived by his daughter Roberta L. Dannelley of Elmira; sons George W. (Lori) Dannelley of Horseheads and Jason E.(Michelle) Dannelley of Elmira Heights; 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; mother Helen G. Fuller of Elmira; brother R. Joseph (Fran) Dannelley of Ithaca; sister Joylene Dannelley of Binghamton; aunt Lucille "Cindy" (Ed) Coolbaugh of Lake Havasu, AZ along with several cousins including Richard Klein of Horseheads. Sonny was employed with American Bridge and Thomas & Betts. He was a longtime volunteer firefighter with the Elmira Heights Fire Department. A memorial service for Donald and Mary will be held at a later date, to be announced. Walter J. Kent Funeral Home is assisting the family.
