Obituary of Paul E. Parsons

PARSONS, Paul E., Jr. Age 63 of Elmira, NY. He was born August 25, 1950 in Elmira, son of the late Paul E., Sr. and Dorothy (Tyler) Parsons and passed away Thursday, February 13, 2014 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. He was predeceased by his brother Marland (Skip) Parsons and is survived by his wife of 38 years, Bonnie (Zeisler) Parsons; daughters Shendella and Shannon Parsons both of Elmira; son Paul III (Dolly Marie) Parsons of Harrisburg, PA; grandchildren Krystina, Chad, Jr., Brandon and Ryan Dailey all of Elmira, Santiago Perry, Esteban, Paul IV, Keilah, Kalia and Zealand Parsons all of Harrisburg, PA; great grandchildren Elijuha Kelly, Jr. and Rosalina Dailey; Siblings Sharon (Ernie) Dunn of Chillicothe, OH, John Parsons, Sr. of Elmira, Vivian Maccabee of Dayton, OH and Julie Reed of Circleville, OH along with several nieces and nephews; best friend of 30+ years Jeff Thacker of Elmira. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Monday, February 17th from 3 to 5 pm. Military honors and inurnment will be held in Woodlawn National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
