Obituary of Diana L. "Dee" Cook

Diana L. "Dee" Cook, Age 63, a resident of Wellsburg, NY passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 16th after a courageous battle with cancer. Diana was born on November 2nd, 1959 in Corning, NY to Adrian and Dorothy (Goodier) Frost. Diana was raised on a beautiful farm in Hornby, NY where she found a love of horses and all animals. She graduated from Corning West High School. Diana was a small business owner, homemaker, caregiver with many creative talents including crocheting, sewing and cooking. Diana was predeceased by her parents Adrian and Dorothy (Goodier) Frost; along with longtime friends Thomas Goodier and Debbie Lozo. Diana is survived by her fiancé and life partner, Charles Houck II as well as her 4 daughters, Carla (John) Hotter of Millerton, PA; Kelly Cook of Horseheads, NY; Katie Cook of Port Wentworth, GA; Carrie Cook (Evan Moss) of Pine City, NY; along with her grandchild, Elijah Campbell-Moss; good friend, Avon Palmer as well as many members of her extended and adopted family. Donations in Diana's memory can be made to the Chemung County SPCA. Diana's loved ones will be planning a private memorial, to be announced in the near future. Walter J.
