Obituary of Francis M Gessick

Francis M. Gessick Age 74 passed away peacefully, Friday, April 14, 2023 at Elderwood in Waverly, NY. He was predeceased by his parents Francis and Stella Gessick. Fran is survived by his brother Andrew (Debbie) Gessick with children Darcy (Jeremy) Foulkrod (son Aaron) and Danny Stuck (son Aijent) all of Horseheads, NY; sister Mary Ann (Tim) Menechella with children Jennifer Menechella (daughter Adriana and son Joseph Creighton) of Virginia Beach, VA and son Andrew (Nicole) Menechella (son Chase and daughter Elaina) of Chesapeake, VA. Fran was a Navy veteran and a retiree of Eaton with 50 years of service. He was also a Thomas A. Edison graduate, class of 1966. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Saturday, April 29th from 2 to 4 pm. His memorial service will follow at 4 pm.
