Obituary of Beverly K. Bigg
BIGG, Beverly K.
Age 75 of 80 Country Estates Dr., Horseheads, NY and San Juan, Puerto Rico was received by the hands of her Lord and Savior unexpectedly on Sunday, October 27, 2013 at home in Puerto Rico with her daughter Kimberley Shanks at her side. She was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Bill on October 7, 2013. Bill and Beverly renewed their wedding vows on September 5, 2013. Beverly was born in Strattonville, PA on August 21, 1938 to the late Leo T. and Leona M. (Hannold) Kline. She is survived by her children Janice Burns of Horseheads, Cynthia (Michael) Apgar of North Carolina, Scott (Debbie) Bigg of Elmira and Kimberley Shanks of Utah; stepchildren Ed (Dawn) Bigg of Colorado and Pamela Logan of Washington DC area; siblings and their spouses, Barbara (Paul) Howard of Elmira, Bernard (Carol) Kline of FL, Carol (Ronald) Mills of ME, Patricia (Edward ) Sassano of PA, Thomas (Stephanie) Kline of ID; brother-in-law Gerald (Joan) Bigg of Johnson City, NY; close family friend Bernie Packard of Campbell, NY along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and many lifelong and dear friends especially Donald and Jan Wheeler and Robert and Annette Ricks. Beverly was predeceased by her husband; parents; brothers Leo Thomas Kline, Jr. and George Kline; sisters Stella Lola Kline and EmmaLou Brink; brothers-in-law Louis Brink and Richard Kelley. Beverly and Bill were owners/operators of Biggsy's Corner and Biggsy's Restaurant in Hanover Square for many years. Beverly was a very hard working, devoted and much loved wife, mother, sister and grandmother. A memorial service will be held on November 30th at 4 pm in His Tabernacle Church, 16 Level Acres Dr., Horseheads. Beverly's wishes are that any donations go to Joel Olsteen Ministries. P.O.
