What can you say about Vinnie? He was one of the nicest guys I know. He was always upbeat, and almost always had a smile on his face. He just made you feel good, being in his presence. I had so many good times playing along side of Vince. You will be missed my friend but never forgotten.

Safe journey to my oldest sibling, the King of Elmira! You left us too soon, but well managed to live a full life nonetheless. You will be sorely missed by so many who thought you were just the coolest guy in the room. Godspeed brother.

Vinny was a great person. He was always there whenever needed. I am a loss for words. The local music scene has lost an enormous talent. We will miss the camping jokes. And A Bay. Not to mention selling basses and amps back and forth. God bless my friend. Till we meet again. We are here for you melissa.

Melissa-
Where do I start? Susan bringing you & Vinnie into my life has been one of my greatest blessings. I don't know what I would have done without you, 12 years ago now, when you were my biggest supporter, kept me positive and were always there for me when I needed you most. I want Vinnie to know that I plan to do the same for you now. Of course, Vinnie is probably rolling his eyes thinking that the two of us together may not be good. I'll never forget the trip we all took to Charlotte for the All Star Race, poor Vinnie with all of us! He definitely was a saint for putting up with us! Vinnie shaking his head at us as we were waving our hands at each other, instead of getting the camera ready, because we were so excited that Dale Jr was going to ride by us on the golf cart still makes me laugh. Or when we made friends with some questionable people, while standing by the fence, and he stayed way away from us like he had no clue who we were. He never complained, drove us wherever we wanted to go, put up with our nonsense when we may have been overserved and made sure we had the best time. That's who Vinnie is...the most fun, thoughtful, loving person ever! He may be gone but now you have an angel watching over you and taking care of you!!
Love you!
Michelle

Vinnie was the best neighbor and a great family friend. I loved seeing you guys on the porch by the fire, always a wave and that famous smile. He was so generous and kind. We were in my yard working on the dog fence and Vinnie stopped to offer advice and a tool to make our job easier. That was Vinnie, full of life and always helping others. I'm so thankful to have known Vinnie and call him a friend. His talent didn't stop at good neighbor, he was so talented and I enjoyed the times I would hear him play at various events. Thank you for always watching out for all of us on the hill, we'll keep up the job. Melissa, we are all here for you, neighbors and friends. I'm so sorry for this loss but Vinnie touched my life and he won't be forgotten.
Love, Jen

Uncle Vinnie as I’ve known him from time I was born, Was always someone I could look forward to seeing. Usually smiling and having a conversation filled with chuckles and jokes. I went on countless fishing trips with him and my Dad. Ate at the famous “beaches restaurant”. Worked with him on some yards and projects he had going on in Elmira in my youth. He was a smart, hardworking and honest man. You will never be forgotten Uncle Vinnie.
Love Matt

Vinnie was a big part of our lives, from a coworker, best friend and fishing partner which Included our children who to this day call him "Uncle Vinnie". We had so much in common with him and had many discussions about world and political events. We celebrated his 50th birthday in Cleveland going to the Rock Roll Hall of Fame and comedy clubs. We vacationed in Alexandria Bay where he played in the Jazz Festival. Another trip to Nashville, where Melissa surprised us with back stage passes and we were on stage when the curtain went up! We celebrated our birthdays at Libs every year as Melissa and mine are both in February and Vinnie's and Eric's are only days apart in October. We met at Seneca Lake on our pontoon boats and enjoyed many good times in the sunshine. We always laughed and enjoyed our times with Vinnie and Melissa. We loved you and told you so, thank God! We will hold you in our hearts forever. Thanks for the good times Vinnie. Until we meet again in the sky, rest in peace our dear friend.

You and Melissa were one of the first friends of Joe's I met when we started dating. What a great time we had through the years, and the memories camping, boating, camp fires, Date nights or listening to music, whether it was you playing or Joe playing, or the times you played together. Loved that you knew of my Dad, from the Hill. You were such a gentleman, kind, would do anything for anyone, loved the way you loved your "Melissa" We will miss you so, but know we will forever take care of your "girl"
RIP and You will be forever missed and loved.
