Jack was a communicant of the Most Holy Name of Jesus Parish attending Ss. Peter & Paul Church. He retired from the Elmira Correctional Facility where he was better known as "The Helmet". Jack was passionate about his NY Giants and Yankees and was still complaining in his final days as to why the Yankees spent $350 million on a pitcher. He was a Gold Glove boxer at the Neighborhood House. He was a friend of Bill W and his biggest purpose in the last 35 years was helping and sponsoring others in our community with their struggles. Prayers will be offered there on Saturday, July 9th at 11:30 am, followed by his Mass of Christian Burial at 12 pm in St. Mary's Church.
