To all my cousins my deepest condolences & Francine Keith
My heart is heavy today . I sure am going to miss talking to my Uncle Frank , his visits to Buffalo New York , his charm, sense of humor, and his loving caring ways. I am happy to have had him for 86 years . He was my last uncle which makes my heart even sadder. He was a man of wisdom and I am glad that I was able to absorb some of his knowledge. It’s a gloomy day today, but I know the sun will shine again . I know he would want me to smile and go on with my life and to stay strong .God blessed him with all those years to bless others around him . He definitely was a blessing to many . Rest In Peace Uncle Frank your job is well done . I will love you forever , Your niece , Bavan Y. Williams -Loucks
