Obituary of William Perry Vann

William Perry Vann, age 86, passed away peacefully at home in the presence of family on Saturday, November 20th, 2021. William was born in New Rochelle NY, and led a rich full life. He was a Marine Corp veteran and graduate of the California Polytechnic State University, achieving an education in Biochemistry. He spent most of his working life with Corning Incorporated until his retirement. William loved the beauty of the Finger Lakes region in upstate NY. He is survived by sons David and Steven, grandchildren Ashley and Cameron and a loving companion of many years, Mary Gerstemeier. He will be greatly missed.
