Obituary of Sabrina L. Thigpen

THIGPEN, Sabrina Leigh Age 49 of Elmira, NY. She was born May 2, 1972 and passed away peacefully on Friday, October 1, 2021. She was predeceased by her maternal and paternal grandparents; her father William Thigpen and her stepfather John Givens. Sabrina leaves behind her family; mother Teresa Thigpen; siblings and their companions Todd (Anthony Thomas), William, Timika (Edward Hubbard), Yolanda and Carmella along with many nieces and nephews to cherish memories. Also remembering Sabrina's great times are special family friends Jeremy & Davida Moss and Mary Glover. Sabrina enjoyed receiving dollars upon her request; dancing to Michael Jackson and paintings & crafts. The Thigpen family would like to express a very special thank you to the ARC staff for all of the great work they have done for Sabrina throughout the years. Family and friends are invited to her memorial service on Wednesday, October 6th at 10 am at Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira.
