Sad to hear of Pats passing. I knew her a very long time ago as a rookie in the 13th Pct. Pat had one of the best energies another human could have.

Patricia Herman was my partner in the 013 Precinct Crime Analysis office for approximately 8 years. Pat was a dedicated hard working woman with an infectious smile and attitude toward life. She also had a great sense of humor I could not have asked for a better partner to work with at the 013 Precinct. One of the best and I am proud to say I got the pleasure of working with her. Rest In Peace Pat Herman
