Obituary of Lori A. Burlingame

BURLINGAME, Lori A. Age 60 of Elmira, NY. She was born October 1, 1959 in Elmira, daughter of the late Donald and Maxine Horton and passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at home. She is survived by her husband Willard "Bill" Burlingame; daughter and son-in-law Patti & Jason Peters of Wellsburg; grandchildren Jordan Sheehan, Izabelle and Nathan Peters; stepchildren Amy Jo, Billie Jo (deceased) and Mary; 5 step grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law James & Suzanne Horton of Nashville, TN and John & Marilyn Horton of Dallas, TX along with several nieces and nephews. Lori was employed with Narde Paving. She was an avid collector of panda bears and angels. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira on Sunday, September 6th from 1 to 2 pm. Her funeral and committal services will follow at 2 pm. Interment will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we will limit the amount of guests in the building at one time. Masks and social distancing are required. We ask that guests pay their respects in a timely manner so that others have the same opportunity.
