MORTUICCIO, Felicia "Fahr"
Age 65 of Bath, NY.She was born November 12, 1950 in Elmira, NY, daughter of the late Louis and Marjorie Betty (Howard) Mortuiccio and passed away Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Steuben Center. She is remembered for her work as a performer. Felicia will be laid to rest alongside her parents in a private ceremony in Hilton, NY, at a later date. Special thanks to the staff of Steuben Center for the support, care, and friendship they offered during Felicia's time there.
